reason_too_long

A policy diagnostic from deedglass policy lint and the policy routes.

Severity: warning

A reason is longer than 280 characters. The policy is accepted, but agents and approvers see at most 280 characters, so the end of the reason is cut off. A reason of 311 characters gets:

  This reason is 311 characters. Agents and approvers see at most 280.
  hint: Shorten it to one sentence; the rest is cut off.

Fix: write one sentence that says what was refused and what to do next, like Refunds over $50.00 wait for a person. An admin can approve in Console › Approvals.
