A policy diagnostic from deedglass policy lint and the policy routes.

Severity: error

A field that takes one of a fixed set of values has something else: verify (L0, L1, L2), a budget’s per (agent, org) or window (minute, hour, day), or a notify channel (email, slack, webhook).
